My Memories of Potsdam Germany are best checked out on my “Visions of Potsdam”. It is a beautiful City and easy to take the tram system. Here are some notes on that: Take tram 92 or 96 from station – Einsteinturm (observatory) & Cemetery, plus the Old Town Hall. The Tram 94 or 99 – Park Babelsberg to Gerichtslaube (arch), Flatow Tower, Victory Column & Bridge of Spies. And take tram 92 or 96 to Holländisches Viertel (The Dutch Quarter), Alexandrowka (Russian village) and Schloss Cecilienhof – Palace.
I thoroughly enjoyed Sanssouci Park – 2 palaces & Chinese House, Church of Peace, Steam Pump House, historic windmill Potsdam and the Grotto. I spent five hours here one day and it was wonderful.
